Burgh Brides Spring Fling Event: French Inspired by Garnish Event Design

If you are a bride in the Pittsburgh area, and you haven’t checked out “Burgh Brides,” you are truly missing out!

Burgh Brides, a blog dedicated to inspiring, showcasing and celebrating Pittsburgh weddings is one of the best places for brides to look and be inspired by the unique and extravagant things that take place in this city! The owner and creator, Victoria, uses the blog to share worthy ideas, connect couples with awesome vendors, help soon-to-be newlyweds plan a stress-free wedding and so much more!

This year, we had the privilege of catering and adding some garnish delight to the Burgh Bride’s Spring Fling Happy Hour Event that was held at the Hyatt House’s beautiful terrace patio located in the South Side of Pittsburgh! Food was eaten, drinks were poured, and most importantly, the sun was shining. It was truly a beautiful night for vendors, soon to be brides, and many more to get together and celebrate the beginning of wedding season!

As we like to call it, #JPCStyle was in full effect on the terrace, because what is spring time without some tulips, macaroons and black and white stripes for a French created theme!? Savor Fresh Catering by JPC provided hand passed appetizers, such as French Onion Soup shots and Caramelized Onion Tartelettes, as well as our fresh and locally sourced Farmer’s Table. Our Sweet & Sour Pineapple and Fresh Pickles were certainly a favorite! For dessert, guests enjoyed our home made Berries of the Forest Scones, Chocolate Macaroons and Fresh Citrus Galletes that were surrounded by vintage bicycles, Eiffel towers and cherry blossom branches.

We would like to give a special thank you to our new friend, photographer Lauren Demby of Lauren Renee Designs, for capturing such gorgeous photos of the event and sharing them with us! She captured every last detail of the fun-filled night! {As seen in this blog post!}
